Refund policy

 

At Luxy Vision LLC, all sales are considered final unless the conditions below are strictly met.


 

RETURNS

 


We only accept returns under the following conditions:

 

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging, including all accessories.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

 


🚫 We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

 

  • Contact lenses

  • Customized or prescription products

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items

  • Products showing signs of use or damage

  • Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer

 


 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA REQUIRED)

 


Returns without prior authorization will be automatically rejected.


To request authorization, email admin@luxyvision.com with:

 

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

 


Luxy Vision LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any return at its sole discretion.


 

RETURN SHIPPING

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 


 

REFUNDS

 

 

  • Approved refunds are issued store credit ONLY, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Store credit expires after 90 days.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by carriers.

 


 

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

 


Any chargeback filed without contacting us first will be considered fraud and disputed with:

 

  • Proof of delivery

  • IP address

  • Order confirmation

  • Carrier documentation
