Refund policy
At Luxy Vision LLC, all sales are considered final unless the conditions below are strictly met.
RETURNS
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging, including all accessories.

Proof of purchase is required.
🚫 We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

Contact lenses

Customized or prescription products

Clearance, sale, or discounted items

Products showing signs of use or damage

Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer
RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA REQUIRED)
Returns without prior authorization will be automatically rejected.

Luxy Vision LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any return at its sole discretion.
RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued store credit ONLY, unless otherwise required by law.

Store credit expires after 90 days.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by carriers.
CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD
Any chargeback filed without contacting us first will be considered fraud and disputed with:
